Tonight we had a PARTY!! A lot of our friends who have kids here all got together and had a "fall festival" of sorts. We bobbed for apples, had lots of snacks (fudge, cheese crackers, popcorn balls, and lots more), pinned the stem on the pumpkin, decorated pumpkins, and lastly "trick-or-treated" a few houses (of other Americans nearby). All in all it was a fun night. Here are some pics to illustrate just how much fun we had!!!

I had the pretty dancer and the OU football player.

Hudson enjoyed painting the face on his pumpkin.

Bobbing for apples....the best part were the moms who had to show the kids how to do it!! Way to go girls!

The kids quickly got the hang of it....Hannah getting her apple!

Needless to say....Hudson really enjoyed this activity. He ended up bobbing 3 or 4 times.

Mr. E helping Hudson get dizzy!

Way to go Hudson!!!

Hannah taking time to pose while getting dizzy.

Did I mention Hudson REALLY liked bobbing for apples. Actually, Hudson was just getting really really wet. (at this point I would like to point out how HOT it was tonight)

Stopping off at some friend's house for some candy.

Since we live on the 6th floor, we decided to have Rob sit outside of our aparment building with candy. Too much trouble to walk all the way up then all the way back down. (please notice the sweat....I think it is supposed to be cold by Nov.?)
The girls walking around with their candy headed to the next stop!

The group picture.....thanks to the B family who has 3 girls and lots and lots of dress up clothes!!

We missed you all last night when we did Safe T-or-T at the high school! It just wasn't the same w/o you!
Love the pictures. Please tell Hannah she's the most beautiful dancer we've seen!
How fun! I'm so glad you parents got a party together for the kiddos! I think that has to be the first one of its kind in that city. Makes me smile. Grace really enjoyed looking at the costumes.
Sounds like you had a great time. We had a party at work and I dressed up like one of the three blind mice that got their tail cut off with a butcher knife. If someone took a picture I will try to send it to you. You have grown so-o-o-o-o tall. STOP THAT!. I miss you and Christmas is not going to be the same without you all here. We are going to California and Rikki and Tom and the girls will be there too so maybe we can skype on our Christmas Eve (your Christmas). I love you. Give Hudson a hug for me.
Oh Yea... I was wondering if you guys would do something like that. Looks like it was a blast! It's really cool to me too that those are all familiar faces now! :)
