Today was the day we have all been dreading. Shot day. School let out at 12:30, kids were crying everywhere, Rob was crying, and the O fam was 1st!! We lined up and got our 16 shots. Yes folks, you read correctly. 16 shots. 5 for each adult and 3 for each child...you might want to call and see if we live through the night. Currently we are all walking around pain free, thanks to the makers of ibuprofen. All of our crying was done on the way to the clinic, not during/after shots. Thankfully there was an abundance of chocolate and suckers....always a winner.In reality, it was really very non-eventful. There was stress on the kids' part on the way in, but it was all so quick and painless. Now, I say painless in a generic sort of way. There were two shots.....um.....not painless....in fact, one was easy to go in, but boy am I feeling it now. Whew! This one will last for a day or so. Here is a great pic of Hannah's arm - post shot. She bruised up really nicely, this was one of the painful ones I'm sure!

Rob was crying? Was that because the kids were crying or because he was afraid of the shots himself?
We have no words for 16 shots!! We might just cry with you - I'll certainly re-think that hang nail that got caught in my glove yesterday!!! bwahahahahaha Seriously - glad that is over for you and that your friend, chocoate, was there for you!!
