1. When it is raining, you don’t get wet….only your car does.
2. When it is raining your shoes don’t get filled with nasty water….only the tires do.
3. When it is hot outside you sit in your car with the A/C running.
4. When you have to carry paint cans the car does it for you while you drive home.
5. When you are in a car it doesn’t stop every few feet to let more people on or off.
6. When your kids are buckled in a car you don’t have to tell them to watch out for cars every time you cross a street.
7. When you have your own car you just drive….not having to figure out the place you will be going, how to say it, and how to communicate it to the person driving you around, then wondering whether or not you will actually get to the place you said you wanted to go, because you don’t know if you really said it right.
8. When you go to Wal-Mart you can buy for a week or more because you just put all the things in your trunk to be taken out and carried 20 steps into the kitchen…..Now I buy for a day or two knowing I will be carrying all my sacks all the way home and up 6 flights of stairs.

sounds like you need a bike with a big basket like mine! looks goofy, but oh so handy. i feel for ya sister, even though i'm still spoiled here...i hear ya!
